Article 1: Scope and Modification of Terms and Conditions

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.yasaka.fr orders.

Yas'Distribution reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions. If modified , it will be applied to each order the general terms and conditions in force at the date of the order

Article 2 : Contract

2.1 Conditions for placing an order

You declare to be aged at least 18 and have the legal capacity or holds parental authorization allowing you to place an order on the Site.

2.2 Ordering

Each order to be valid , must be accompanied by payment .After checkout , you can print your order .

Article 3 : Price , availability and delivery

The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in € ( euros) all French taxes ( French VAT 19.6 %) and other applicable taxes) , excluding the cost of shipping , depending on the command (see section 4).

Yas'Distribution reserves the right to change prices at any time but is committed to applying the rates that were displayed at the time of your order.

During the sales , the sale items are identified by a label marked " Sale " . Sales periods will be applied according to the prefect of the Languedoc Roussillon .

If unavailable , we reserve the right to offer a replacement item for quality and a price equivalent . In case we could not supply an article of equivalent quality and price or if you do not want this article of equivalent quality and price, you may cancel your order at no cost.

Section 4: Costs of participation in transportation

Price based on weight. These fees are valid only for metropolitan France . On the DOM- TOM , Corsican , foreign countries please contact us before so that we can make you a price offer on transportation.

Article 5 : Duties

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are levied when the package reaches its destination. Article 7 : Delivery


7.1 Delivery Address  The address given for delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. In case of error redelivery costs will be borne by the purchaser. ( we do not have the ability to change the address after the departure of the parcel and must await his return ) .


7.2 Compliance of delivery : Checking the condition of your product is considered done when the delivery was signé.Par Therefore, in case of non compliance with the instructions below, no claim will be admissible ( Artile L 133-3 of commercial Code ).You must indicate on the delivery form and handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product ) . If your product is really damaged, you must refuse the package and note a reserve on the delivery ( parcel refused because opened or damaged during delivery, precisely characterize the damage) . Article 8 : Returns

All returns must first be subject to our approval.Upon receipt of the agreement, you have 7 days to return the product. After this period , your return will be refused. 8.1 Revocation : In accordance with articles L.121 -16 and following of the Consumer Code , for all operations of distance selling, the buyer of a product has a withdrawal period of seven (7) days of delivery without have to prove motive . We will exchange or refund.

Transportation costs in case of withdrawal remain the responsibility of the client ( to / from ) . For deliveries over 30 kg or very large, we will arrange pickup. These fees (proof upon request ) will be deducted from your refund.


No withdrawal will be accepted if the returned product is unsuitable for its re COMMMERCIALIZATION . Therefore : the product must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, unopened, unsealed , undamaged , unmarked ....
The product must be accompanied with all its accessories . Otherwise, the product will be returned at your expense. To process your request, thank you for reminding us your order number ( web. .. and your full contact details.

8.2 Back after a command error on your part

In case of error control your hand, the cost of returning the goods you wish to exchange and shipping exchange fees are your responsibility . Returned products must be in the delivery condition in original packaging. In case of error on our part we will cover the return shipping costs. 8.3 Verification by us of your return : Upon receipt, our services will monitor the compliance of the returned product and the reason for return . If the returned product does not comply , it will be refused by our service and you will be returned at your expense. If your return is completed in a bad cause, your product will be refused and you be returned at your expense . The reason for return may be requalified . Therefore, you will be notified by e -mail and the processing of your return will be based on the new pattern.


Article 9 : Property : The delivered goods remain our property until receipt of your payment .


Article 10 Warranties and Liability : You benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
We disclaim all responsibility in the event that the item delivered does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than France .We are committed to provide all the care used in the profession for the implementation of the service offered to the customer. However , our liability shall not be retained in case of breach of our contractual obligations as a result of a fortuitous event or force majeure as defined by the law made by the French courts.


Article 11 : Protection of personal data : We are committed to protecting the data that are personal . All personal data that we have collected is treated with the strictest confidentiality , in accordance with our policy of protection of personal data . Under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 , you have a right to access and rectify data concerning you.We have filed with the agency (CNIL) a declaration of our site.

Article 12 : Intellectual Property : The use of distinctive signs (Marks , photos, trade names .... ) can not be made without the express consent of the company Yas'Distribution .

Article 13 : Applicable law and jurisdiction : All disputes arising out of the transactions contemplated by these terms of sale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Montpellier, and subject to French law .

Article 14 : Acceptance of customer

General conditions of sale are specifically approved and accepted by the customer , who declares to have a perfect knowledge and under thereby forfeits , accepting , any recourse . When placing an order you must confirm before , go through the stage of the general conditions of sales.
